Our exchange policy is designed to provide customers with complete confidence and security regarding products purchased from our store.

All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects.

We also offer exchanges for products that differ from those originally ordered by the customer.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a product different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to request an exchange:

If more than 7 business days have passed and the product presents a defect or malfunction, please contact us and provide your CPF (or identification number), order number, the product to be returned, and a description of the defect.

Once we receive your request, it will be forwarded to our Quality Control Department for evaluation. Approval from this department is required before any exchange can be authorized. After the analysis is completed, we will contact you with the results and inform you whether a replacement will be necessary.

Requests for exchanges due to defects must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the product.

Please note that we do not process exchanges or refunds after this period.

Your claim will be reviewed within a maximum of 7 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we will contact you via email and you may choose one of the following options:

Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Receive a replacement product identical to the one ordered.

Receive a product of similar value.

Receive a store credit coupon equal to the value of the product for future purchases.

According to Brazilian Consumer Protection Law (CDC), requests to cancel online purchases must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

For credit card refunds, our Finance Department may take up to 7 business days to process the request with the card issuer. The refund may take up to 120 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card provider and billing cycle.

If a bank transfer refund is required, it will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days after quality inspection approval and can only be issued to a bank account registered under the same name and identification used for the purchase.

Products returned without prior notice, outside the allowed period, with missing or incorrect items, without labels, or without the original invoice may be sent back to the customer.

The same applies to exchange requests denied after inspection by our Quality Control Department. In such cases, the products will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Important: Best Online Barreiras is not responsible for return shipping costs related to refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges for other products. All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
